People 1st Advisors Acquires Anchor World Services

 

People 1st Advisors (P1A), a Chicago-based, veteran-owned private investment firm, has acquired Anchor World Services, Elmhurst, IL, a family-owned commercial cleaning and janitorial service company.

The woman-owned (WBE) company has experienced dramatic growth in the past few years and was led by Tom and Suzi Prybolo, who will remain with the business. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Anchor World Services has provided quality cleaning and disinfecting services to businesses, warehouses, schools, medical facilities, sports arenas and retail locations for more than 100 years. “This acquisition enables Anchor to expand in the Chicago market to meet client demand for professional-grade cleaning and sanitizing services,” said Prybolo. “People 1st Advisors has made an important investment in our people and in supporting accelerated growth.”
