People 1st Advisors (P1A) Enters New Industry with Acquisition of Oasis Heating & Cooling, Leading Chicago HVAC

 

CHICAGO, IL, March 1, 2024 –- People 1st Advisors (P1A), a Chicago-based, veteran-owned private investment firm, has acquired Oasis Heating & Cooling.  Oasis is a Chicago based heating, cooling and ventilation firm, which will begin operations in Plumbing in Spring of 2024. P1A closed the transaction in partnership with the Company’s President and owner, Mirsad “Mike” Causevic. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
