People 1st Advisors Acquires Vincent Fire Protection & Plumbing, 
Strengthening Leadership in Florida’s Mechanical Services Sector

Chicago, IL – July 8, 2025 – People 1st Advisors (P1A), a Chicago-based private investment firm, today announced the acquisition of Vincent Fire Protection & Plumbing, a leading Florida-based provider of commercial mechanical services. This strategic acquisition positions Vincent to expand its footprint and drive accelerated growth in Florida’s commercial fire protection and plumbing markets. As part of the transaction, Rusty Vincent, founder of Vincent Fire Protection & Plumbing, has been appointed President of the company.
